At Finora Technologies Private Limited ("Finora", "we", "us", or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and business data of our users.   • Business Identity Data: GSTIN, Company Name, Registration Documents, and Business Addresses to verify your organizational identity.
  • Personal Contact Data: Full name, email address, mobile number, and role titles of the individuals accessing the platform.
  • Transaction & Sourcing Data: RFQs, supplier messages, purchase orders, digital invoices, and historical quoting data generated during the course of utilizing our platform.
  • Usage Data: Information on how the Service is accessed and used, including IP addresses, browser types, and diagnostic data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Finora uses the collected data for various critical operational purposes:

  • To facilitate B2B discovery and connect verified buyers with manufacturers.
  • To process your RFQs and ensure secure transmission of your specifications to vendors.
  • To comply with Indian regulatory obligations, including KYC and AML requirements for financial transaction facilitation.
  • To provide personalized product recommendations and optimize your supply chain workflow using AI algorithms.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal or business data. We only share information with third parties under the following circumstances:

  • With Counterparties: When you submit an RFQ, necessary business details are shared with the relevant suppliers to facilitate quoting.
  • Service Providers: We employ third-party companies (such as payment gateways and cloud hosting providers like AWS/GCP) to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

5. Data Security

The security of your data is critical to us. Finora utilizes enterprise-grade 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We enforce strict role-based access controls (RBAC) internally. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
