1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Finora platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, registered buyers, and verified suppliers.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Finora is a B2B platform intended solely for business use. By registering, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a legally recognized business entity (e.g., MSME, Corporation, LLP) and have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Platform Role and Limitations
Finora acts as a digital intermediary to facilitate product discovery and Request for Quotation (RFQ) workflows between buyers and suppliers.
- We do not manufacture, store, or inspect the physical goods transacted on the platform.
- While we conduct initial verification of suppliers, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.
- Any contractual agreements for the purchase of goods are solely between the Buyer and the Supplier.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Upload or transmit any catalog items that are illegal, counterfeit, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
- Engage in fraudulent activities, including submitting fake RFQs or manipulating the bidding process.
- Attempt to bypass or compromise our security infrastructure or perform vulnerability scanning without written consent.
5. Fees and Payments
Access to the basic discovery and RFQ features may be provided free of charge under our Starter Plan. Advanced features (such as premium integrations, analytics, and enhanced supplier placements) are subject to subscription fees as outlined on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless legally required.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finora and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the platform, your inability to access the platform, or the conduct of any third-party supplier or buyer.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/State].
